   純凈的聚氯乙烯,，只是一種白色的粉未，也就是說(shuō)它只是一種高分子樹(shù)脂,，不能用于直接加工產(chǎn)品,；由于合成工藝路線(xiàn)的不同，這種樹(shù)脂粉一般分為兩類(lèi)：一種是疏松型樹(shù)脂,，另一種是緊密型樹(shù)脂,。我們常用的聚氯乙烯膠料都是顆粒狀的，它是多組份的塑料,，除了前面講的聚氯乙烯樹(shù)脂粉以外,，還必須加入增塑劑增加它的流動(dòng)性，加入穩(wěn)定劑提高它的熱穩(wěn)定性,，加入潤(rùn)滑劑提高它的脫模性,，以及填料，著色劑,，偶聯(lián)劑等,；因?yàn)楦鹘M份的含量不同,，就形成了各種機(jī)械性能差異很大的不同硬度的PVC顆粒；它一般用IP度數(shù)表示,；PVC顆粒大體分為：軟質(zhì)PVC,，硬質(zhì)PVC。 外觀    因PVC膠料所含的組份不同,，它的外觀差異很大,。有的透明如玻璃，也有不透明的,；有的非常柔軟,，耐折迭，有類(lèi)橡膠彈性,；也有硬質(zhì)的,，象ABS，機(jī)械性能優(yōu)良,，可以做工程材料,。大部分的PVC有輕微毒性，但不致于一接觸就能中毒,；也有食品級(jí)的PVC膠顆粒,。燃燒特征   PVC難燃，離火即滅,；但燃燒時(shí)，火焰上端呈黃色,，下端呈綠色（綠色是氯離子的特有色譜）,，冒白色煙霧（白色煙霧是HCL氣體與水結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物）；燃燒時(shí),，膠料發(fā)軟,，同時(shí)，發(fā)出刺激性的氣味,。
