高強(qiáng)聚丙烯長(zhǎng)絲紡粘針刺土工布
High strength PP filament spunbond needle punched nonwoven geotextile
（1）聚丙烯密度較小，僅為0.91g/m3（滌綸為1.38g／m3）,，因此聚丙烯土工布與聚酯士工布相比,，在相同的強(qiáng)力下，具有更大的覆蓋面積,。
（2)聚丙烯的特殊結(jié)構(gòu)使其具有優(yōu)良的耐酸耐堿性能,，特別是耐堿性能優(yōu)于聚酯，在土質(zhì)酸堿性較強(qiáng)的地下進(jìn)行防護(hù),、加強(qiáng),、防水、防等工程中使用時(shí)其效果好于聚酯,。
（3丙烯纖維表面摩擦系數(shù)較小,，纖維之間的摩擦力小，而且耐磨性好,，抗震動(dòng)摩擦性能遠(yuǎn)好于滌綸,。
(4)丙烯具有良好的疏水性，不吸水,，在給排水工程中應(yīng)用優(yōu)于聚酯,。
（5丙烯纖維針刺士工布比相同克重的聚酯針刺土工布強(qiáng)力高，而且縱橫向強(qiáng)力相等,。
應(yīng)用范圍
聚丙烯紡粘針刺土工布具有優(yōu)越的物理性能和良好的化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性,，因此，它適用于任何巖士工程,，特別是有酸堿性的環(huán)境。如：公路,、鐵路（高鐵）,、機(jī)場(chǎng)、海港,、垃圾填埋場(chǎng),、尾礦壩、粉煤灰填埋場(chǎng),、灰壩池,、人造濕地,、江河湖海治理、水庫(kù),、水梁,、填海造地、污水治理等工程,。
(1) The polypropylene has a low density of only 0.91 g/m3 (polyester is 1.38 g/m3), so the polypropylene geotextile has a larger coverage area under the same strength as the polyester fabric.
(2) The special structure of polypropylene makes it have excellent acid and alkali resistance, especially the alkali resistance is better than polyester. It is effective when used in the protection, strengthening, waterproofing and corrosion engineering of underground soil with strong acidity and alkalinity than polyester.
(3) The surface friction coefficient of polypropylene fiber is small, the friction between fibers is small, and the wear resistance is good, and the vibration friction performance is much better than polyester.
(4) Polypropylene has good hydrophobicity, no water absorption, and is superior to polyester in water supply and drainage engineering.
(5) Acrylic fiber needle-punched fabric is stronger than the same weight of polyester needle-punched geotextile, and the vertical and horizontal strength is equal.
Application：
