三偏心斜錐密封是在圓錐體上取一個截面來設計,，由閥桿軸線與蝶板密封面間偏置一個尺寸偏心1，并與閥體通道軸線偏置一個尺寸偏心2,，閥座回轉軸線與閥體通道軸線形成一個偏心角偏心3,，故形成三偏心,。蝶閥從0°～90°開啟時，蝶板密封面會在開啟的瞬間立即脫離閥座密封面,，在其90°～0°關閉時,，只有在關閉的瞬間，其蝶板圓錐形密封面才會接觸并壓緊閥座圓錐形密封,。所以閥座與蝶板上的密封面之間無任何摩擦,，提高了閥門的使用壽命。

板密封結構是將多層次密封圈用壓板經螺栓固定在閥板上,，優(yōu)點是拆卸方便,，大口徑閥門在管道內無介質允許人員進入時可進行在線維修，維護成本低,。

體密封結構是將多層次密封圈用壓圈經螺栓固定在閥體上,，優(yōu)點是閥板結構簡單而又有剛性，流量大,、流阻小,，耐質介沖刷，使用壽命長,，適用在高溫管線,。

雙閥座是將閥體、閥板的密封座設計成活動式可拆卸結構,，可將閥體上的閥座通過彈簧的簧力來補償密封,，具有良好雙向密封功能。

1.范圍

本說明書包括了公稱通徑DN50mm~1600mm(2”~64”),、公稱壓力PN1.0MPa~4.0MPa(ANSI CLASS150~300)法蘭和對夾連接的手動,、齒輪傳動、電動和氣動操作蝶閥,。

2.用途

2.1主要開啟或關閉管道和設備的介質用,，作調節(jié)、截流和止回使用,。

2.2根據介質選用閥門的材質,。

2.2.1碳鋼閥門適用于水、蒸汽,、油品等介質,。

2.2.2不銹鋼閥門適用于腐蝕性介質。

2.3適用溫度取決于閥座的材質。

3.結構

3.1蝶閥基本結構見圖1

3.2易損件填料采用聚四氟乙烯或柔性石墨,，密封可靠,。

4.操作

4.1手動操作閥門采用手柄或齒輪傳動裝置、電動或氣動蝶閥由電動裝置或氣動裝置驅動,，使蝶板旋轉90°開啟或關閉閥門,。

4.2對于手動（包括驅動裝置的手輪）或扳手操作的蝶閥，除訂貨合同另有規(guī)定外,，當面向手輪或扳手時,，順時針方向轉動手輪或扳手閥門應為關。

4.3電動、氣動蝶閥的開啟,、關閉指示由電動裝置,、氣動裝置上的位置指示器標識。

5.保管,、保養(yǎng),、安裝和使用

5.1閥門應存放在干燥，通風的室內,，閥門通道兩端應堵塞,。

5.2長期存放的閥門應定期檢查，清除污物,。應特別注意密封面的清潔,，防密封面的損壞。

5.3安裝前應仔細核對閥門標志是否與使用要求相符,。

5.4安裝前應檢查閥門通道和密封面,，如有污垢，應使用清潔布擦拭干凈,。

5.5安裝前檢查填料是否壓緊，應確保填料的密封性,，同時不應妨礙閥桿的轉動,。

5.6安裝時擰緊連接螺栓的擰緊力應均勻合適。

5.7本蝶閥可以安裝水平,、垂直的管道上,，安裝位置應保證使用維修更換方便。

5.8手動閥門在開啟或關閉操作時,，應使用手柄開,、關，不得借用輔助杠桿或其它工具,。

5.9閥門使用應定期檢查,，檢查密封面有無磨損及墊片填料。若損壞失效,，應及時修理或更換,。

5.10電動、氣動閥門的傳動裝置,，其保管,、保養(yǎng)、安裝和使用,，請見“閥門電動裝置使用說明書”及“閥門氣動裝置使用說明書”,。
